Main Design

Long conveyor curtain: made of PVC, used for fiber transport
One corner nail curtain: aluminum alloy nail bar and stainless steel; driven by a motor to convey the fibers
Even cotton roller and stripping roller: aluminum nail bar roller type, driven by a motor to remove large fibers carried by the corner nail curtain
Cotton dropping hopper: fibers carried by the corner nail curtain are dropped onto the subsequent equipment

Manufacturing Process

1. The side panel is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate with folded edges, smooth inner wall without burrs, preventing lint adhesion, and rust-free;
2. Multiple photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine to control material storage and ensure uniform mixing of raw materials;
3. The corner nail curtain features a new aluminum alloy and stainless steel needle structure, boasting an exquisite appearance and sturdy construction, resolving the issue of nail detachment in traditional wooden curtains;
4. The flat curtain and corner nail curtain feature variable frequency speed control to meet different output requirements. The feeding amount can be automatically adjusted according to the requirements of the preceding machine.
