One corner nail curtain: equipped with a variable speed motor reducer
One even cotton roller: equipped with a motor reducer
One cotton stripping roller: equipped with a motor reducer
Three pre-licker-in rollers: equipped with motor and transmission
One weighing hopper
One weighing sensor: accuracy ±3%

Manufacturing process

1. The frame is made of high-quality Q235-A steel plate CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, and modular assembly;
2. PVC lattice & feeding wallboard；
3. Automatic control of cotton feeding, frequency conversion speed regulation of corner nail curtain to control the amount of cotton feeding;
4. The whole machine weighs large and can meet the feeding of the whole package of chemical fiber；
5. High weighing accuracy, ±3%, improve the accuracy of cotton blending；
6.Electric sensor control the ratio of different raw material, less than 5% error every time, and will accomplish the compensation in 3 times.
