An 0.8m width platform of walkways allowing for ease of observation and access as required in a safe manner.
Reduced stop times: Very efficient suction points strategically located.
Saved maintained time: Easy move-off & back off all sections of the card.
Avoid of fiber accumulation: Card cover aero-dynamically designed to optimize the air flow inside the machine.
Auto Metal Magnetic detector used at the carding machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
Edge-Suction system, which can adjust the air volume and reduce flying. Working platforms are placed in two side, it easy for maintenance.
