Main Design & Manufaturing Process

1.Frame: Machine frame is weld by Carbon Steel plate, with different thickness between 40mm, annealed under high temperature to eliminate internal stress;
2.Needle Board: The material is aluminum Alloy, drilled with CNC driller (Hold1.82),
3.The Stripping Plate and Bed Plate, surface coated chrome and polishing, no fiber stick, the bed plate and stripper plate hole:5mm
4.Machine has electronic control to stop needle plate automatic at the top and bottom deal point.
5.Used Air tight of needle board
6.Fabric Feeding used a combination of Ø89mm and Ø150mm roller
7.Fabric output roller is 240mm, the surface coated chrome-plated
8.Jug used heavy structure jug (Square Structure)
9.Crankcase cast iron, all the bearing from IKO, all is made by CNC machine;
10.All the Crankcase Cast Iron has independent oil return pump system;
