Application
The feed curtain adopts variable frequency speed control and is equipped with a counting sensor.
Pre-opening the fibers then feed to next process by blower fan.
Main Design
Feed into the machine by PVC apron and feeding roller.
Opening drum made by aluminium alloy spiked board.
A long delivery curtain: equipped with a variable speed motor reducer.
A pair of feed roller: used for fiber feeding.
One licker-in roller: driven by a motor through efficient belt transmission for fiber opening.
One cotton conveying blower: equipped with a variable speed motor for fiber transport.
Manufacturing process
1. The frame is made of Q235-A steel plate, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, and modular assembly;
2. The licker-in roller is a needle cloth style/aluminum nail plate;
3. Cotton feeding is controlled by PLC based on the next photocell control;
4. Preliminary fiber opening and transportation to the next process is done through a combing blower;
5. The cover of the opener is of retractable structure with support gas springs, making it labor-saving and convenient for maintenance personnel to clean when opened;
6. Unique air duct design and electrical control minimize cotton blockages, increasing equipment reliability;
7. Equipped with cotton blockage alarm device, emergency stop device, reverse mechanism, ensuring machine safety and reliability;
8. The feed curtain adopts variable frequency speed control and is equipped with a counting sensor for easy adjustment of feed speed and length.
