The frame is made of Q235-A steel plate, CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, and modular assembly;<br \/>\n2. The licker-in roller is a needle cloth style\/aluminum nail plate;<br \/>\n3. Cotton feeding is controlled by PLC based on the next photocell control;<br \/>\n4. Preliminary fiber opening and transportation to the next process is done through a combing blower;<br \/>\n5. The cover of the opener is of retractable structure with support gas springs, making it labor-saving and convenient for maintenance personnel to clean when opened;<br \/>\n6. Unique air duct design and electrical control minimize cotton blockages, increasing equipment reliability;<br \/>\n7. Equipped with cotton blockage alarm device, emergency stop device, reverse mechanism, ensuring machine safety and reliability;<br \/>\n8.
