Velour Production Line

The Velour production line uses polyester through opening and mixing, combing and laying the net, and then repeatedly acupuncture and shaping by a needle loom machine, and finally winding. After winding, the felt is then made into the final felt fabric.

Medium-speed solution: suitable for products with low output requirements and general product uniformity requirements. Features: Low capital investment in the early stage, can make the desired products stably.

High-speed solution: suitable for products with high output requirements and high output and quality requirements. Features: large output, good uniformity, strong market competitiveness.
